Our team is led by the founder and principal, Michael Averitt. His previous experience includes co-founding DELINEATOR in Dallas, Texas, time in Shanghai, PRC and Dallas, Texas with SWA Group, and work for PWP Landscape Architecture in Berkeley, California.
Our practice is rooted in the generalist tradition of the profession of landscape architecture and seeks to integrate all domains that engage the site. We approach design as fundamentally problem-solving, but seek to begin the process with the broadest definition then clarify and distill the final design goals through rigorous research and analysis.
Our process seeks to maximize the site opportunity for each place that we work by thoroughly understanding the physical and cultural context in order to maximize the value of the spaces we create for the end-users and the communities they serve.
